Development plans for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this new document disclosure appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated plans to develop the sprawling island by building residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.
This development map is marked up in notations in red and features a legend identifying different sections of the estate.
Alongside this are what look to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, featuring designs for dock shelters.
More documentation released as part of the ongoing investigative release.
